On your personal device go to the Google Play Store:

Search for "Company Portal" and select and Install Intune Company Portal:

Once installed, open Company Portal and it will ask you to sign in to your Monrovia Account using your email and password:

It may prompt you to set up MFA at this point, if so you may contact support to help you temporarily work around setting up MFA, since Microsoft Authenticator will be set up with your Work account, or you can install Authenticator in your personal profile.

Follow the prompts to create your work profile:

Click "CONTINUE" to Activate your work profile:

You phone will ask you to confirm you wish to set up a work profile; agree and continue:

Select "Personal Owned Phones" for your device category:

It may ask you to create a PIN for your device at this stage if it does not have one, otherwise click "DONE"

If your device does not meet the compliance requirements there will be a red exclamation mark next to your device. Select your device to see the description of what compliance is missing.

Often it just takes time for the device to sync. Click on "Check device settings" to check in with Intune. Once the device is compliant, you will see the blue notice below stating such.

Once the device is compliant, it will automatically download required applications, such as Outlook and Microsoft Authenticator and will ask you to Register This device; Register the device:

Once this completed, you will see your applications are divided into a work and personal profile and never the twain shall meet:
